These programs offer a safe space, warm, friendly and comfortable with no pressure to compete or perform.

Pillars of Meditation – Learn how to slow down and find deep rest. Offering a structured, sustainable approach to meditation, specifically designed to help women in all stages of life create lasting positive change.

Program Details

Six weekly 90-minute sessions, available in-studio or via live Zoom.

Investment: £250 6 week course.

Restoring Rhythm –  This is a 6-week program for midlife women who want to slow down and learn how to rest in a way that fits into real life. If you are craving more, calm but don’t want another thing to add to your already full life, Restoring Rhythm was created for you.
