Qigong Yin Yoga is a gentle weekly class I call 'Qi-Yin Reset' blending qigong, yin yoga, breath and meditation to help calm the nervous system and restore balance in body and mind.

Coming to you live through zoom, from the Yoga Shala in Sunny Algarve, Portugal

Designed to help you:
• release tension
• improve energy flow
• settle the mind
• reconnect with yourself

Suitable for beginners and all levels.
