Qi-Yin Reset is a gentle weekly class blending qigong, yin yoga, breath and meditation to help calm the nervous system and restore balance in body and mind.

Designed to help you:
• release tension
• improve energy flow
• settle the mind
• reconnect with yourself

Suitable for beginners and all levels.

 

The ancient Chinese practice of Qigong can be likened to a moving meditation, gently directing the flow of energy with slow breath to regulate the whole body's overall wellbeing.

What to Expect
