Pillars of Meditation Program – Learn how to slow down and find deep rest. Offering a structured, sustainable approach to meditation, specifically designed to help women in all stages of life create lasting positive change.

Six weekly 90-minute sessions, available in-studio or via live Zoom.

Midlife Mastery Program –  A coaching program for women in midlife and beyond, assisting you on a journey to reignite your confidence, purpose and motivation.
