You will be shown ways to manage your hormones and experiences. The most commonly known around midlife change, are hot flushes, brain fog, fatigue, sleep problems, anxiety and anger, muscle and joint pain, weight gain, mood swings, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and more.
As a Menopause Yoga and Life Purpose coach I am passionate about helping women to feel empowered to live the life they want.
