Get ready to recline and settle into a slow soothing practice that combines the passive stretching and relase of Yin Yoga with the peaceful mystic journey of Yoga Nidra.

Sankalpa is a statement of intent that is mentally repeated at the beginning and end of practice.


The objective of this class is to develop a state of physical rest while practicing Yin Yoga and cultivate a heightened receptiveness while relaxing in Yoga Nidra.


Yin Yoga targets the deeper fascia and muscle tissues, allowing your body to unwind, the mind to quieten and your daily stresses to melt away.


You can expect the Yin poses to be held for a few minutes, helping to find the pause for deep release and facilitating the letting go of tension from the body.


Yoga Nidra takes you on a journey of visualisation and deeper self-awareness to discover the magic of your heightened senses and peace within the pause of rest.
