MEDITATION FOR THE SOUL
" Having never tried meditation before, I’m now hooked! Annie’s course is wonderfully supportive and insightful which she teaches in her very peaceful studio where you feel a sense of tranquillity as soon as you arrive. I can wholeheartedly say that this course has been a real tonic; I feel so much calmer and centred and better able to cope with the stresses of everyday life – highly recommended! " - Heather
Learning to meditate is fantastic for reducing stress, anxiety and depression and is shown to be more effective than anti-depressants.
Just twenty minutes a day can help to reduce blood pressure and the risk of heart disease, overcome anxiety, fears and lifestyle stress. A daily practice will help to improve focus, boost energy levels and mental clarity.
You can learn to be mindful anytime, anywhere!
Mindfulness is about wellness. It’s about really learning to live in the moment and appreciating your life to the full. Meditation is about taking a break from the noise in your head and from the constant chatter in the mind. Learning to meditate is not about feeling sleepy, it’s about waking up, feeling energised, uplifted and rebooted!... Regular meditation practice allows you to reconnect your mind and your body to become one whole healthy being.
The benefits can be life changing !
By meditating regularly every day, you'll learn to control stress a lot better, you'll have more energy, sleep better and you'll find it easier to just be happy and content with your life.
Mindfulness helps you go home to the present. And every time you go there
and recognise a condition of happiness that you have, happiness comes.

Beginners Meditation - New Course 3 March - 7 April
This is a course of six weekly, small group meditation classes, that will give you all the tools you need to bring peace and calm into your everyday life. We will aim to work together to find the best way for you to feel comfortable to practice on your own.
Developing a regular practice is key to mastering your own stillness. With repetition and consolidation of techniques that suit your purpose, you will gradually establish a more blanced approach to your day, leaving you less stressed and more in control of your mind and thoughts.
Through a guided practice we will investigate different meditation methods to show you how to relax and switch off, how to connect with the breath in order to rest in stillness and find peace within.
Our sessions include yoga pranayama breath work, seated gentle exercises, guided visualisations, mantras, mudra hand gestures and relaxation techniques.
Your mindful meditation journey will be given through a small group zoom experience of learning focus, where you can feel safe and nurtured for forty-five minutes in your own space
of mindful bliss.
"Just allow the silence to overwhelm you"
