Our Yogaflow classes are based on the Hatha yoga tradition. We follow many styles within the this system to suit your individual needs -
Yin Yang yoga flow is a fusion of the calming more restorative yin poses with the more active power yang style.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are linked together to form a fluid sequence of
movements synchronised with the breath.
Yin Yoga is a more soothing meditative style practice, where the poses are held for longer in order to release and unwind the deep connective tissue in the body.
Power yoga follows a more active flow of poses, working on the stimulation of blood circulation, building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Online group classes and private OnetoOne sessions can be a great support for building confidence, addressing any specific issues in mobility, strength and flexibility, as well as helping to improve one's mental and physical wellbeing.
You can expect to follow a holistic practice that brings your awareness to posture alignment, pranayama breathwork, meditation, mantras and visualisation, always closing with a peaceful relaxation enhanced with the vibration of singing bowls.
