What is in the membership?

Moorwellbeing monthly membership gives you access to live-stream classes and our online library of class videos. These are constantly being updated with our Yoga Flow variety of class styles, such as Yin Yang, Yin, Vinyasa and Power flows.

How Many Classes can I do?

Your membership entitles you to attend all live-stream classes scheduled each week. This includes a mix of yoga styles and meditations

Don't worry if through unforseen circumstances you miss a pre booked class, we can send you the missed class video upon request.

Yin yang flow is a fusion of the calming more restorative yin poses with the more active power yang style. When we combine both elements in our practice, we feel the synchronicity in our mind and body. The chi energy is stimulated, blood circulation is boosted and a softening, releasing fluidity allows us to strengthen, lengthen, mobilise and surrender as we connect with the breath for 75 mintes.

YIN YANG FLOW

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are linked together to form a fluid sequence of movements synchronised with the breath as we flow for 75 minutes. Overall the practice helps to build strength and mobility increasing our range of motion. The continuous rhythmical movement will help quiet the mind and allow you to focus inward, leaving you feeling calm and energised.

VINYASA FLOW

Yin Yoga flows through a 75-minute slow, soothing meditative style practice, where the poses are held for longer in order to release the deep connective tissue, around the muscles, joints, fascia and ligaments in the body. We focus on stretching and stimulating different pressure points through the chi energy channels. Overall the practice helps to unwind the body, calm the mind and awaken the soul.

YIN FLOW

Yoga Nidra is a form of resting yogic sleep. Lying down for 30 minutes supported in savasana, all you have to do is follow the voice that is guiding you. It’s a state between wakefulness and sleep. As you relax and your body begins to fall asleep, you maintain awareness and begin to enter a profound state of consciousness. This trance like state has the potential of providing many benefits, such as improving your sleep, helping to release tension and pain and initiating feelings of happiness and joy.

YOGA REST NIDRA

Our 30-minute practice follows a guided meditation bringing you into the present moment where you connect with the breath, switch off the chatter of the restless mind and bring your awareness to peacefully rest in stillness. Meditation is suitable for anyone who wishes to overcome stress, anxiety, depression and the challenges that everyday life throws at us. The practice encourages the awakening of your inner self and spiritual energy through the repetition of mantras and vibration of singing bowls and gongs.
