One to One private meditation sessions will teach you how to master a regular practice for at least fifteen minutes every day.

What can I expect in a session?

  • You will be shown how to meditate through simple, easy to apply methods, tools and techniques.

  • You will be given support and encouragement for committment to your practice.

  • You will receive handouts and course notes after each session.

  • You will learn to control stress more effectively, you're energy levels will improve, you'll sleep better and you'll be happier and more content.
