Yoga is about the integration of body, mind and soul. Our classes help to guide people on an inner journey towards a greater understanding and awareness of the self, through the connection of the breath to body and mind, helping to develop focus and presence.


The sessions are integrated to combine the physical postures (asanas) with breathing practices (pranayama), meditation and a period of deep relaxation to assimilate all the benefits.


During the asanas you will be encouraged to connect with their own inner wisdom and higher guidance to find a gentle balance between physical effort and surrender, of both mind and body.


Our intention is that the mindfulness created on the mat will continue to ground and centre you off the mat and beyond, throughout your daily activities.

This principle helps you to cultivate and appreciate being in the present moment, in just doing and to enhance a sense of peace and wellbeing.


You will learn to experience the joy and restorative qualities of yoga throughout your retreat. You will also come to appreciate the power of regular practice which you can continue at home.


Our classes are multi level and suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced yogis. All are welcome!


Your yoga daily rituals will include Integral yoga, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra relaxation, Chanting, Mantras, Pranayama breath work, Mindulness Meditation and Journaling.
