This unique retreat is suitable for all yoga abilities, beginners, intermediates, advanced on any level. The style of instruction is mellow and peaceful, integrating a flow of pranayama breath work, gentle warm-up exercises, sun salutations and asana poses, followed by deep relaxation and visualisation for rest and recovery, pure bliss!
Our gentle daily rituals have been designed to encourage you to unwind at your own pace, release and let go of your stresses and worries so that you can really savour such features as mindful eating, gentle yoga flow and then amazingly find stillness through meditation and Yoga Nidra relaxation. During your afternoon periods, you can enjoy creating art and craft workshops or choose from our relaxing holistic treatments. The decision is entirely yours!
