YOGA AND MEDITATION FOR THE SOUL
Welcome to the online Yoga studio, where you can practice yoga and meditation anytime, anywhere, whenever it suits you - at home, on holiday or travelling the world.
Our online monthly membership gives you access to all yoga live-stream classes and our library of class videos. These are constantly being updated with our Yoga Flow variety of class styles, such as Yin Yang, Yin, Vinyasa and Power flows. You will also have access to our meditation and yoga live stream classes and special prerecorded video library to practice at home in your own time. This added benefit gives you unlimited access through your membership.
Online Yoga Courses
Individual online Yoga courses are perfect for beginners or for those wishing to develop their own practice safely with special focus on any areas of discomfort or injury. We offer six one to one sessions and access to our library of video recordings, where you will be able to benefit froma collection of specifically designed short videos focusing on particular areas of the body that you may want to stretch, strengthen, tone and mobilise during a shortened practice.
Online Meditation Courses
Our one to one meditation courses will teach you how to master a regular practice for at least fifteen minutes every day. You'll learn to control stress more effectively, you're energy levels will improve, you'll sleep better and you'll be happier and more content. We also provide you with access to our pre-recorded thrty minute yoga Nidra and meditation sessions for you to use daily at home.
